How do I track my order?

 

To check the delivery status of your order, visit the Order Status page on staples.com and type in your order number and zip code. You can also log into staples.com, click on "Track Order" in the top right corner of the page and select the appropriate order for tracking information

When will I be able to order products online?

 

You can now order your new furniture online from our website and mobile website at anytime. This service is available worldwide.

Can I change the address I have the order delivered to?

Under some circumstances we may allow you to change the delivery address after the order is placed. We may request additional information as identification and the card/payment details that were used to complete the order if placed online.

Where can I find more information about a product (dimensions, weights, assembly instructions etc)

 

 

You can find more information about the product on our website. On the product details page for each product we provide information that includes images, video (where available), product assembly instructions (where available) product dimensions and weight and other key product information. If you still have questions, please contact us through Email, we will resolve your query as quickly as possible.

What is the process after my order is placed online?

 

Once you have placed and paid for your order online, it will then be processed and sent to you via our Shipping team. We will contact you to organize delivery when they are ready. If you have not been contacted by one of our team members within the estimated delivery/collection time, please contact us by email or telephone numbers in your order confirmation for an update on your order.

How much is the cost of delivery?

 

The cost of your delivery depends on a number of factors including the area you live and the size of your order. If we deliver to your area we will provide a delivery cost upfront during the checkout process alternatively you can contact customer service via Email and we can assist you.

What should I do if there is an issue with my payment?

 

If you receive a payment unsuccessful message during the checkout payment, we recommend you speak with your bank to determine why the payment was not accepted. For any other issue, please contact our customer service team via Email.

What payment options do you accept for online orders?

 

You can use Visa credit card, Visa debit, Mastercard credit card, Mastercard debit and PayPal to purchase your items.

You are only able to use one payment option for the full amount of your order.

What can I do if I am having problems connecting to your website?
